You can expect the order delivery in 4-7 working days, if you live in metros.
It could extend to 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed with us. However, there might
be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline cannot be maintained. In such cases, we ensure

WHAT DOES ORDER STATUS MEANS?
India Delivery Time:
- On-Hold: Order placed Successfully but the Payment is awaiting & in case of Cash on Delivery order
has not been confirmed Yet.
- In-Process: Payment / Confirmation for your order is received & order is accepted by the merchant, But the
order is awaiting fulfillment.
- Ready Ship: Your order item(s) packed by the merchant but not yet dispatched.
- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched/shipped that contains the Tracking number & name of the logistics
provider.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPPED?
An Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that
contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number
for your shipment details. You can also track your order from track order page.
IN CASE I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED SO CAN I GET REFUND/EXCHANGE?
We assure you that this won’t happen but if it does then you can surely get a
refund/replacement. The refund will be issued in form of discount coupons/vouchers which can be redeemed anytime for shopping
at Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may replace
your merchandise within 15 days of delivery. For further information, please refer to Returns

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a
call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:
- Place your item in its original packaging.
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
- If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly.

IN CASE OF ORDER RETURN, WHAT ARE THE CHARGES DEDUCTED AND WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS?
The courier charges would be beard by you and you will send the product on the address written on the bill invoice.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY SIZE ON CURRENT ORDER, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Depending on the stage of your order, Konark Dry Fruits can adjust as desired.
If your order status is “On-hold” or “Processing”, you can send us an email on support@Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in with the change request or call us
customer care executive at 09717038961 or 011-25459402 to get it changed. All orders are given a 24 hour grace period to make changes to the
measurements. If the order is marked ‘Shipped’’ or ‘Delivered’ it is unable to be adjusted. Then you can return the product and get it changed.
WHAT ARE DISCOUNT COUPONS?
These are used while making payment for the purchases.
The amount of discount is then redeemed and you only need to pay the rest of the amount by any payment method that you wish to.
Discount Coupons are one time use only and are conditional on the offers attached to the coupon.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON?
While paying for your purchases, you can use your coupon against
the purchase amount and pay the rest by using any payment method you wish to use. If in case, you want to return the product for
any reason, you’re not allowed to re-use the coupon against any future purchase.
