Returns
Konark Dry Fruits’s Returns and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange an item conveniently
in case of size/color issue or the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All items purchased from Konark Dry Fruits can be returned for exchange or credit note within 15 days from the date of shipment (as recorded by the shipping provider).
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a
reliable courier service.
Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 15 days.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
The refund amount will be released to you in the form of discount coupon ONLY worth your order value excluding shipping charge.
Shipping charges will be payable extra. Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value.
Returning An Item
Before you return an item, please contact our Konark Dry Fruits care team either by calling on 011-25459402 or 09717038961 or by e-mailing at support@Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in to confirm the return. Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email:
In case of cancelling a COD order, please do so within 6 hours of placing it, post which it will processed and shipped.

Credit Returns
Credit amount for all returned items will be issued to you only in the form of Discount Coupon
excluding shipping charge ONLY worth your order amount. Shipping charge would not be included in
the refund value. Shipping charges will be payable extra. For each returned item, a discount code will be
issued and sent to your registered email within 24-48 working hours from the date of return
confirmation. You can use your coupon code for further shopping at www.Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in.
Exchange/Replacement
If you would like to exchange some products purchased from Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in, please follow these steps:
Create an exchange request online using our contact us form or email us at support@Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in with mentioning original order id and your desired size and color or call to our customer care executive at 011-25459402 or 09717038961. You can exchange any product purchased from Konark Dry Fruitsleather.in within 15 days of delivery after getting confirmation from us.
Send the item in original packaging to us.
In the packet, please include the product along with the tags that it came with original invoice and sent to us.
Replacement only can be provided if the desired item is in-stock otherwise we will release a discount coupon worth your order amount and send to your email id registered with us.
Cancellation
If an item is cancelled prior to shipment (for online payment mode), refund of the same would be made in the mode of discount coupon code ONLY or you can request for an exchange against your cancellation. However, if the request for order/item(s) cancellation is placed after it has been shipped, we reserve the right for the approval of the cancellation.
